HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
You can return your unwashed, unworn, brand new HMK Gear with tags still attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your stuff, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order # (located on your invoice or in your confirmation email)
- Items you would like to return
- Your preference for a refund or exchange.
HMK will issue a return authorization form based on the information you provide. We cannot accept items which are returned without the RA form, or are not included in your RA form. HMK is not responsible for freight charges for returned/exchanged items. HMK will provide freight for all exchange items shipped back to the customer at no additional cost.
HMK offers a 1 year warranty on all boots and 2 year warranty on all other products from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
If you believe your product has a defect in craftsmanship please contact us at email@example.com and reference your HMK order number and/or photo of the receipt. HMK may require the defective merchandise to be returned for a warranty evaluation.
USA Shipping Policy:
HMK offers FREE UPS GROUND/ USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING for all orders over $99 to USA destinations.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 5 business days. You will be emailed tracking information once your order ships.
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please call us at the office at 541-386-3262 to expedite shipping. The buyer will be responsible for upgraded payment for expedited shipping.
